    A user-friendly and efficient analysis software designed for rapid processing of complex and large datasets. It is compatible with all types of omics data, with robust statistical analysis, detailed data tables, high-quality graphical visualisations, and machine learning for disease prediction and stratification.

  • LIMS

    A custom-built Laboratory Information Management System that streamlines laboratory operations, particularly for newborn screening. It centrally manages laboratory data, inventory and client records, with automated reporting, built in compliance with accreditation standards.

Newborn screening

NeoFirst: expanded newborn screening

We offer specialised newborn screening for three serious but treatable genetic disorders. Testing uses an FDA-approved IVD assay kit, with RT-PCR on DNA extracted from dried blood spot (DBS) samples. Early detection enables timely medical intervention, improving outcomes and quality of life.
